The Hardlock number is printed on your Hardlock with the following nomenclature:

Analyzer: Uxxxxx (U and 5 numbers) in case of USB dongle or xxxxx (5 numbers) in case of hardlock
Analyzer network license: Nxxxxx (N and 5 numbers)
Recorder: Rxxxxx (R and 5 numbers) or URxxxxx (UR and 5 numbers) in case of USB dongle.
URAxxxxx in case of a combined Analyzer/Recorder USB dongle.
VURAxxxx or VURAxxxxx in case of a combined Analyzer/Recorder USB dongle for V-Amp.

The internal Serial ID will be shown after starting the Serial ID Check program which you have to execute from your PC. Alternatively you can also download and run the BrainVision Dongle Finder (available here) to obtain this information.

After registering, an email will be sent to the address given confirming that download access is activated. This may take up to 24 hours (weekend: 48 hours). For questions on registering as BrainVision user:
